The hospitality at Petra Heart felt genuine. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we felt welcome. Our room was bright and well-appointed, providing a comfortable sanctuary after long days of exploring Petra. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, keeping us cool during the sweltering heat. Breakfast served a range of delicious options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order items, making every morning enjoyable. We appreciated the detailed recommendations for local eateries from the staff, which added to our experience. A minor disappointment was the soundproofing. we occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms, which disturbed the tranquility at night. Additionally, certain amenities, like private parking, weren’t available, but we found nearby options without any hassle.

I think my room thought it was a sauna—it was a bit nippy! And the restaurant recommendations? Let’s just say I could have worked 'em a bit better myself!

Clean and comfortable room offered more than expected, with excellent hot water and water pressure. The friendly and knowledgeable staff provided valuable recommendations, and the breakfast, especially the eggs Benedict, was fresh and satisfying. However, noise from other guests could be bothersome at times, and the absence of certain amenities felt limiting. Overall, a pleasant experience despite minor setbacks.
